Great, great, great boots! Sooo comfy. I bought these and a pair of Magnums (check my reviews if you want, and these were by FAR my first choice. My feet were left sore for a while with the Magnums, whereas with my Tacs, my feet felt GREAT even after being on my feet for hours. Adequate heel and arch supprt, cushy sole, lightweight.
That said, I had to give my Tacs to a friend because of two things: 1--I'm normally a size 10W and ordered a 10W, and these things were HUGE on me. :( In fact, they were so wide that the shoe formed a super, SUPER hard crease at the toe line which in turn (when I tried to just stick it through) would not let up because the leather was so stiff, and my toes wound up bruised and bleeding! So I had to give them to a friend. Otherwise, FANTASTIC boots. Just order a size and width down!
